In June 2026, PMA reached an important milestone in its international development through a transaction involving Nasdaq-listed Ming Shing Group Holdings Limited.
On June 9, 2026, Ming Shing completed its acquisition of PMA Nano Carbon Tech Limited, which owns the Singapore-based PMA Nano Carbon Technology Pte. Ltd. This transaction brought PMA's graphene thermal management business into a Nasdaq-listed corporate structure.
The listed company's Nasdaq ticker symbol changed from MSW to PMA on July 9, 2026. On September 10, 2026, it began trading under its new name, PMA Graphene Technology Group Inc.
Established in 2006, PMA Group focuses on the research, development and manufacturing of graphene heating materials and related products.
With manufacturing facilities in Dezhou and Tai'an, China, PMA supplies graphene heating films, flexible heating elements and finished heating products for home textiles, personal care, wearable heating and other applications.
